Overview
After purchasing FileOnQ™ and once your customization and data import/exports are complete, our professional services will provide thorough on-site installation and training based on your needs. Our staff will work directly with your IT department to ensure that the installation goes smoothly and is working properly when the installation is complete. Many of our installs take less than a day, but this is dependent upon the size of the organization and the amount of hardware to be installed.

As soon as you purchase FileOnQ™ we are ready to begin the customization process. You are in the driver's seat when it comes to customizing your interface and reports.
After we have determined your needs and how you intend to use our system, we are ready to begin the customization process using the FileOnQ™ ProFiler™. This application is used to create a user-defined FileOnQ™ application exactly the way you want it. The ProFiler™ is included as a standard part of every FileOnQ™ install. It can be used by the customer to make modifications to the profile quickly and easily. Along with the ProFiler, FileOnQ™ comes with 5 custom and 9 standard reports at no extra cost. You can add as many custom reports as you like so that you have all the data you need at your fingertips with a few clicks of the mouse.

Our import designer is very user friendly, using a drag and drop interface to link data fields from the import record set to the application data fields. Import designs can then be saved to use over and over again. All business rules and data validation rules that are available during screen data entry are applied to imported data, helping to insure the integrity of your imported data.
Our Export facility can in turn, produce ASCII delimited files based on Export Definitions created and saved at an earlier time. Both facilities provide an efficient method of sharing information with disparate host systems.
