As soon as you purchase FileOnQ™ we are ready to begin the customization process. You are in the driver's seat when it comes to customizing your interface and reports.

After we have determined your needs and how you intend to use our system, we are ready to begin the customization process using the FileOnQ™ ProFiler™. This application is used to create a user-defined FileOnQ™ application exactly the way you want it. The ProFiler™ is included as a standard part of every FileOnQ™ install. It can be used by the customer to make modifications to the profile quickly and easily. Along with the ProFiler, FileOnQ™ comes with 5 custom and 9 standard reports at no extra cost. You can add as many custom reports as you like so that you have all the data you need at your fingertips with a few clicks of the mouse.

Custom Interface with the FileOnQ™ ProFiler™

With the power of the ProFiler™, you have complete control over the design of the home screen (Profile Screen). You specify how many index fields you need, what type of fields they should be, how they are laid out on the screen, etc. We will implement a solution that fully meets your needs today and give you the flexibility to modify the application in order to meet your changing needs. The ProFiler™ is included with every FileOnQ™ install so our customers can make modifications to their profile quickly and easily at any time.

Custom and Standard Reports

We realize that no two companies or agencies do things the same way. You may have unique reporting needs beyond what we initially offer. Other systems on the market provide standard reports that do not meet all specific needs, either in what information they provide or in the format that they provide it in. Our system should be completely flexible to meet those unique needs. We will customize any report to meet your unique requirements. We go beyond the "standard reports" of other systems by allowing you to generate any form or report in the exact format you require.

9 configurable standard reports. The standard reports are, Inventory, Query, Audit, Files-Out, Wait-List, User List, Documents, Retention Code and Retention Review.

Unlimited Custom reports may be built using Crystal Reports. Integrated into the application for general consumption, Crystal-based reports are easily added to the product and made available via our central Report Repository, allowing end-users instant access to newly created reports while eliminating report distribution effort.
