Overview

After purchasing FileOnQ™ and once your customization and data import/exports are complete, our professional services will provide thorough on-site installation and training based on your needs. Our staff will work directly with your IT department to ensure that the installation goes smoothly and is working properly when the installation is complete. Many of our installs take less than a day, but this is dependent upon the size of the organization and the amount of hardware to be installed.

Software Installs: The first task is to install the system on your server, secure the necessary licensing, and install the desktop client on the PCs you determine should have access to the system.

Hardware Installs: The next task is to install and set up your hardware at the appropriate workstations. This can/or may include, barcode scanners, printers and/or signature pads, etc.
