We will honestly answer all your questions with no pressure or tricky sales tactics. We see our pre-sales process as a service to provide you the solutions that are tailored to fit your organization and leave you completely informed and comfortable with what we offer.

    Step 1:  We take the time to discover what your company does, what your needs are today and what they might be in the future. From there we are able to better determine if we can help you. If we cannot, we do not waste your time by trying to sell you something that you do not need and that will not improve your current processes.

    Step 2: Seeing is believing... After spending some time together, we highly recommend a live, one-on-one demo of our system. This is usually done online but, in some circumstances, can be done on location if required. Since FileOnQ™ is so powerful and customizable, seeing it in action is the best way to get a clear picture of what it can do and if it is a good fit. It also is a great opportunity to get you questions answered.
