Because FileOnQ™ is so flexible, customizable and designed to fit a broad spectrum of industry needs, work processes and procedures, we have built additional modules that can be added to give even more targeted capabilities. They work together or individually to give even greater potential to an already powerful platform. Not every organization needs these modules, but they are always available and can be added at any time or included in your initial purchase. Our modules are there to provide you powerful and flexible options and help FileOnQ™'s solutions grow as your requirements and needs do.

Optional Modules

NEW! Active Directrory Portal Module: The Single Sign-On Access for FileOnQ Users... Active Directory users can now access to their approved FileOnQ applications using ONLY their Windows login. 

Container/Box Tracking Module: The Box Tracking module allows the creation, indexing and barcode tracking of archive boxes.  It is a much-needed option in most large file room applications.

Document Collection Module: Document Collection allows users to see a list of all the documents required in a file folder.  As each document is completed, users can update the system as to the completed status of the transaction.  This can be done manually or with a barcode reader.  It is a valuable tool in most loan, insurance and document  "processing" related operations.

Image Batch Scan Module: Image Batch Scan is for clients who are imaging in batches and have a production-imaging requirement. While FileOnQ™'s eDocs provides the ability to image and manually link and validate receipt of those images to a record, Image Batch Scan provides for automated routing, validating and receipt-logging of large numbers of images to the appropriate record for which each image belongs. Using FileOnQ™'s barcode label generation capability, volumes of documents to be imaged can be prepped for imaging and automatically linked to the correct record at high speeds and without manual linking or intervention. The FileOnQ™ software then will report on the record status and validate completion/receipt of required documents in a fully automated process. Combined with Document Collection and eDocs, productivity reports and reports on what is missing and incomplete are generated with the click of your mouse.

Signature Capture Module: The FileOnQ™ Signature Capture Module is an optional module for the capturing of a digital signature involved in the authorization and transfer of Records. This feature allows an organization to eliminate the need to hand-write receipts or maintain signatures on a paper trail for history. Regardless of how many records are being released, only one signature is required. The system captures the digital signature and stores it as part of the history. A record receipt may be printed out at the end of each transaction, when required.

Color Print Integration Module (Use when customer has their own Color Print Software): This optional module allows for the seamless integration of FileOnQ™ with the industry-leading color-coded label printing systems. Utilizing the Color Print setup wizard, users can map one or more label designs and databases within one of these third-party print platforms. Color-coded labels can then be printed one at a time or in batches directly from FileOnQ™.

Color Print Module: FileOnQ™ will also provide the industry-leading color label print system fully integrated with your FileOnQ™ application. We provide the Colorflex Intaglio label printing software to include a custom label design that allows you to print both top-tab and side-tab labels. When you include the Color Print system with your purchase, FileOnQ™ will provide complete services for label design, mapping to your data and color printing, launched right from your FileOnQ™ application. FileOnQ™ will recommend color printers to be provided by the customer.
